Criteria	Business Analyst (BA)	IT Business Analyst (IT BA)

Scope	Broad, covering various industries (Finance, Marketing, Logistics).	Focused on IT solutions and software systems.

IT Knowledge	Not required or minimal.	Must understand IT systems, software, APIs, etc.

Technical Role	Less technical, more business-oriented.	Deeply involved with developers, testers, architects.
