Who is an IT Business Analyst?

An IT Business Analyst (IT BA) is a bridge between business needs and technology solutions. They work closely with business stakeholders (such as clients, managers, users) to understand business problems or opportunities and define the requirements for IT systems to solve those problems.

The IT BA makes sure that software developers and technical teams clearly understand what the business wants, and that the final product meets the business goals.
